The procedure begins with Dr. Kanji, numbing the area to be treated with a local anesthetic. After the area is prepped, they will remove any decayed tissue, and clean the area thoroughly to avoid infection. Once the surface of the tooth is cleared, and cleaned our team will then apply the composite material in layers, using a curing lamp to harden as each layer is applied until a proper finish is achieved. Finally, the tooth undergoes recontouring to ensure a comfortable fit with surrounding teeth, and is polished for an attractive finish.
